The prices at Mountain Resort Feuerberg are per day and per person based on double occupancy and include half board as well as all other Feuerberg inclusive services, excluding local tax.

Children's discounts at the family hotel and chalets
For your accommodation, we recommend our cozy chalets in the alpine village, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. These chalets are perfect for families, offering separate bedrooms while still enjoying all the comforts of the hotel. Experience the best of both worlds in our charming chalets.
Check In / Check out
Your room/chalet is available for check-in on the day of arrival from 3:30 PM, and on the day of departure, it should be vacated by 10:30 AM.
If you wish, you can arrive around noon and enjoy our bathing and wellness facilities before checking into your room. On the day of departure, you are welcome to stay in our bathing and wellness area until 3:00 PM.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed only upon request and exclusively in the categories Chalet Suite Silberwald, Chalet Suite Panorama, and Chalet Suite Almwiese (€25.00 per pet per day, excluding food, will be charged on-site). A dog basket with a blanket, food, and water bowls are provided in the chalet for your pet.
In the hotel, you can bring your dog to the bar area and the bar terrace.
Booking Conditions
Tourist tax per day and per person (from 17 years) will be added on-site.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee room and table requests. However, we will do our best to fulfill your wishes.
Upon reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 20% of the total price. In case of a refund of the deposited amount, a processing fee of €25.00 may be charged.
If you wish to redeem a Feuerberg gift voucher, please provide us with the voucher number at the time of reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed with the voucher number; no further deposit is necessary.
You can make your deposit with a credit card (link in the booking confirmation) or by bank transfer to our account (free of charge for the recipient). Please find the account details in your reservation confirmation. Kindly include your name, reservation number, and arrival date in the bank transfer reference.
For additional details, we refer to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry, which you accept with your reservation.
Cancellation conditions
Until 1 month before arrival: We reserve the right to retain a processing and administration fee of € 25.00 for the processing and possible refund of the deposit.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total price.
For cancellations within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the total price.
In all other respects, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) shall apply.
To be protected in case of illness (including Covid/Covid quarantine), we recommend taking out travel insurance.
